Crediton Station Tearooms

Following a short closure due to the retirement of the previous occupant, the tearooms are now in operation once more under the auspices of the Turning Tides Project.

The Turning Tides Project believes that everyone has the right to equal access to music, the arts and life and they intend to make this right a reality for people with 'learning disability' or 'autism' labels in Devon. The Turning Tides Project is a Community Interest Company; a non-profit organisation.

Bideford Railway Heritage

Nearest  station - Barnstaple

Bideford Railway Heritage Centre manages the Bideford station site and Instow signal box, which are both on the old railway line from Barnstaple to Bideford in North Devon. The railway line is now part of the popular Tarka Trail and so the two sites provide points of interest to cyclists and walkers alike, as well as to the more general visitor. There is a museum at Bideford and also tearooms.
